The hotel is conveniently located next to a restaurant and common areas, as well as a shopping center with Trader Joe's & Starbucks. the rooms are comfortable, quiet, and come with an ice machine. the beds are very comfortable.

I could have had a problem with the charge for the phone (I was unaware of the cost) but one of the managers took care of it for us. He was very courteous and hospitable. The only negative thing I felt was concerning the laundry room. The hotel is being remodeled so I'm sure it will be taken care of in due time. Donna Kelly

Heat in the room was so incredibly dry!

The breakfast here is great, especially the mango cream cheese pancakes.

The staff was very helpful and polite

The building is old, and falling apart. The bathtub was peeling. Lights fell out of the ceiling in the conferece room. However, they are in the process of remodeling, so I think all of those things will improve.

All hotel staff were very kind.

It was not easy to reach. There are no good restaurants around there. Food in the hotel was not satisfactory.

The room was great value and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast was absolutely excellent - they even had free mango cream cheese pancakes! - the pool was nice.

When we booked we should have been told ahead of time that the Hotel was being renovated and the pool would not opened. It is not right to expect someone to pay full price when you don't offer what you advertise. It was very disappointing to us. We would not go back.

This place is fancy and spotless, with super friendly staff, especially the person at the front desk. My room was really big and spacious for the price, and I felt safe with smoke detectors around. 😊

The reason we stayed at Crowne Plaza Danburywas to have use of a pool and spa for health reasons. We were attending a fundraising event at the Ethan Allen Inn about 3 miles away. Much to our regret, the pool was closed at Crowns Plaza as was the spa!! We should have booked the Ethan Allen! I think patrons should be notified in the event of a pool closure. To offer us a gym pass at another location is not a good substitute for 2 cardiac patients who needed a pool. Although the accommodations were lovely, we were VERY disappointed! Andrina Santana

Nothing is good don't even think to stay

Loved the room with a view and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. the setting was marvelous, close to Danbury and the famous Danbury Fair mall. - the hotel was right off the highway, as I expected. Crowne Plaza Danbury, An Ihg Hotel in Danbury offers comfortable rooms with scenic views, located near the lively city of Danbury and the popular Danbury Fair mall. the convenient location right off the highway makes it easily accessible for travelers.

Easy check-in was a plus.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Danbury. The hotel was luxury, I liked the hard-working staff and free breakfasts. The room was well-equipped, with essentials required.

Quiet place, I liked pretty friendly personnel.
